In the app, the 'Ready for Review' feature, which includes buttons to do Classic Review, Difficult Words and Speed Review now lives under the 'Scenarios' tab under Review. If you can't see it yet, please update your app in the app store.
On the website, you can launch Speed Review sessions from app.memrise.com/practice.
