Firstly please uninstall the app, restart your device and then reinstall the app from Google Play Store. Then log back in with the same username/email address to see if this has resolved the bug. If the issue persists, follow these steps.
If you believe you are experiencing an issue that hasn't been reported yet, please submit a bug report by filling in the relevant form (Bug reports category) on our 'Submit a request' page. The more detailed your report, the quicker we can resolve the issue for you. If applicable to your case, please also add screenshots, GIFs or videos of the problem.
